Warranty Coverage
At Northly, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure every customer has a smooth experience.
All Northly devices are covered by a 30-Day Refund Policy from the date of delivery.
If your device is found to be faulty, defective, or not functioning as intended within 30 days of receiving your order, you may request a return and refund, subject to the conditions below.
What Is Covered
Our 30-day refund policy covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty hardware
- Devices that fail under normal intended use
- Devices that do not power on or connect correctly despite compatibility requirements being met
What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not covered under this policy:
- Incorrect vehicle compatibility
- Vehicles or radios that do not support factory wired Apple CarPlay or Android Auto
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquids, or improper installation
- Software limitations related to Apple CarPlay or Android Auto
- Requests relating to unsupported features such as YouTube, Netflix, video streaming, or screen mirroring
- Normal wear and tear
- Devices modified or tampered with by the customer
Compatibility Notice
The Northly adapter is designed to convert an existing wired Apple CarPlay or Android Auto connection into a wireless connection.
Your vehicle must already support wired Apple CarPlay or Android Auto from the factory for the device to function correctly.
The device does not add Apple CarPlay or Android Auto functionality to vehicles that do not already support it.
Refund Process
If you experience an issue with your device:
- Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We may first assist with troubleshooting, as many connection issues are related to setup or vehicle settings.
- If the device is confirmed faulty or qualifies for return, you will be provided with return instructions.
- Once the device has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed by Northly.
- We recommend using a tracked courier service when returning any item.
Refund Timeframes
Approved refunds are generally processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
