This website is operated by Northly. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Northly.
By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced herein.

By using this site, you confirm that:

Northly sells electronic accessories, including wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto adapters.
⚠️ Important Compatibility Notice
- Our products require factory-installed Apple CarPlay or Android Auto via cable
- Wireless adapters do not add CarPlay/Android Auto to vehicles that do not already support it
- Vehicle software, infotainment systems, phone operating systems, and updates may affect performance
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchasing.
Northly cannot be held liable for incompatibility resulting from unsupported vehicles, software updates, or third-party limitations.
4. Pricing & Availability
- All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR)
- Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to correct pricing or product description errors at any time
In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Orders & Payments
- Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or misuse
- If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is handled via third-party courier services (such as Aramex).
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched
- Northly is not responsible for courier delays, incorrect addresses, or failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

- Refunds are subject to eligibility and inspection
- Compatibility issues are not considered defects
