Northly ships nationwide within South Africa.

🚚 Courier & Dispatch (Aramex)

All orders are shipped using Aramex or a comparable trusted courier.

Parcel Collection

  • Parcels are collected Monday to Friday
  • Daily cut-off time: 15:00
  • Orders placed after 15:00 will be collected the next business day
  • No collections on weekends or public holidays

⏱️ Delivery Timeframes (Domestic)

  • Standard delivery: 24–72 business hours
  • Delivery time depends on destination and service availability
  • Deliveries take place Monday to Friday (business days only)

🚨 Remote or outlying areas may take longer than 72 hours, as courier service frequency cannot always be guaranteed.

Additional charges may apply for remote or regional areas, if imposed by the courier.

  • Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout
  • Free shipping promotions may apply and will be communicated on the website
  • No hidden charges

📍 Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

Northly cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability
  • Additional courier charges caused by address changes after dispatch

📦 Tracking

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery in real time.

❗ Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours so we can log a courier investigation on your behalf.
