Northly Returns Policy

Not satisfied with your purchase? We’re here to help. Please contact sales@northly.co.za and our team will gladly assist.

RETURNS

  • Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Authorization: All returns must be approved by Northly before a refund or replacement is processed.

  • Condition Check: We reserve the right to decline refunds/exchanges if the returned product is not in acceptable condition.

  • Incorrect/Mistaken Orders: If you placed the order in error, return shipping is at your cost.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it once confirmed, provided it’s reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • For damaged/defective items, Northly covers return shipping.

  • We’ll email you return instructions—please complete the process within 30 days of delivery.

REFUNDS

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you an approval or rejection notice.

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If Northly initially covered shipping, that amount will be deducted from your refund.
