RETURNS

Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Authorization: All returns must be approved by Northly before a refund or replacement is processed.

Condition Check: We reserve the right to decline refunds/exchanges if the returned product is not in acceptable condition.

Incorrect/Mistaken Orders: If you placed the order in error, return shipping is at your cost.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it once confirmed, provided it’s reported within 30 days of delivery.

For damaged/defective items, Northly covers return shipping.

We’ll email you return instructions—please complete the process within 30 days of delivery.
REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you an approval or rejection notice.

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If Northly initially covered shipping, that amount will be deducted from your refund.
